Return and Exchange Policy
If within 14 days following delivery, if you are unhappy with your purchase,
return your unworn shoes in perfect condition accompanied with invoice. Please include email address and contact number (including international area
code) on the back of your invoice. After receiving the shoes we will gladly provide you with a refund or exchange.
We will not refund any shoes that have been worn. Items lost in transit will not be compensated for. Shipping and duty charges on all exchanges or refunds are at the
customer’s expense. All exchanges will be subject to stock availability. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same product and size subject to availability.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If there is any problems please let us
know and we will work with you to resolve any issues.
